With more than 20 years in senior management, Robin excels at coaching clients to positive outcomes through the stress and change associated with: mergers and acquisitions; life transitions; conflict resolution; and personal and professional development.
Robin came to this path after a successful career in the banking industry, where she managed multiple teams and direct reports. Her corporate experience includes the fields of marketing, business development and operations.

• Led Product Development Team to create innovative products and effective pricing.
• Supervised sales, service, operations of 9 offices with oversight of approximately $600 M in deposits.
• Consistently achieved sales goals as a Top Regional Retail Performer. Sales Team achieved 12% new accounts from 2012-2013.
• Generated team’s annual budget for P & L forecasting and revenue growth

Robin is “action oriented,” and successfully combines her “people skills” with “business acumen” to achieve desired results. Robin is known in the communities she serves for leveraging her corporate experience to the benefit of nonprofit organizations.

An accomplished public speaker and presenter, Robin is equally as comfortable at one-on-one coaching or online video group coaching. As a result of her passion around health, Robin was selected and trained on a holistic coaching approach to lose weight, boost energy, reduce inflammation and brain fog.

As Robin says, “I use gentle humor and empathy to break down barriers, engage people and create trust. This process helps my clients gain clarity, confidence and focus on what is most important to them.”

Robin recently completed more than 500 coaching client hours and with this coaching milestone, advanced her coaching credential designation to Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Robin has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Delaware.
