Prem has designed career ladder programs as well as leadership development programs by carefully identifying organizational needs as well as needs of the individuals participating.
She is currently responsible for supervising and developing District Wide Workforce Development programs for over 3,400 full-time employees at the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). while also serving as the Project Manager for the Transit Career Ladders Training FTA grant program.
