The workshops and seminars cover such topics as: Women in Management, Women as Leaders, The Superwoman Syndrome, Energy Leadership, Being A Woman Warrior, and Woman’s Issues and Diversity. Ms. Anderson has been certified by the Professional Woman Network (PWN) as a Professional Diversity Trainer – Women’s Issues as well as with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Certified Professional Coach (ACC) and an Energy Leadership Index Practitioner by iPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching).

Ms Anderson leverages her extensive leadership and business experience gained at Ernst & Young and Capgemini to provide small business leaders a framework, strategy and the tools to effectively manage, grow, and expand their businesses. She provides consulting and strategic guidance to business owners to improve operations and fund their business growth strategy.

With over 30 years of business experience in military, government, corporate, consulting and entrepreneur arenas, Lynn is the Managing Partner of Georgia for 5th Avenue Acquisitions and Venture Capitalists (www.5thaavc.com). She lives in Atlanta with her supportive husband, three amazing children, fantastic son-in-law, and energetic grandchildren.
