Lisa is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). She holds a Master of Science in Education degree from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. She currently resides in the Seattle, WA area with her husband and two cats.
