Laura is bilingual, English and French, has lived and worked on 3 continents and traveled to over 80 countries as well as most of the 50 states in the United States. Laura has Master’s degrees in International Relations and International Business from Boston University in Paris, France and INSEAD.
Laura is a serial entrepreneur whose career started out in finance in Europe. After consultation with a career coach in Geneva, Switzerland, she made a career transition to marketing communications at one of the world’s largest communications firms, WPP: Advertising, Branding, Public Relations, and Digital Marketing in New York City.
This experience gave her the foundation to launch her own Global Media Ventures company, Loralia LLC. For over two decades, she has worked across industries from startups to the Fortune 100 in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, India, and Asia. Additionally, Laura has served as a Governing Board Member on many different nonprofit boards in the arts, education, and media sectors.
One day, one of her clients, a CEO, told her she would make an excellent coach. Acting on his advice, Laura became a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, CPC, ELI-MP and an International Coach Federation, Associate Certified Coach, ACC.
