Laura is an experienced Global Information Technology Executive in the financial services industry now focused on consulting and coaching. She is experienced working with C-Suite and company management in both business solutions and enterprise infrastructure; in delivering results while managing costs, risks and end-user expectations. Experience and expertise with end user technology, leadership, program and project management, process improvement, vendor management, outsourcing, and strategy and execution. Core to her success was building and motivating high impact teams that consistently provided measurable business value in support of achieving the organization’s strategic goals and by building relationships within IT, the business, outsource providers, and vendor partners.

She is passionate for people, innovation, and technology and combined with strong collaboration, leadership, communication, a clear vision and strong execution; great things can be accomplished to drive real change and impact for the business. The most fulfilling part of her career has been working with and engaging people at all levels, developing talent, inculcating a high-performance culture, and executing change.

After a successful career in IT leadership, Laura is looking to leverage her leadership experience and pursuit of ICF ACC coaching certification through a highly respected ACTP accredited “Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance” program at Rutgers University to help entrepreneurs and others on their journey to reach their personal and professional goals. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration/Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign. She expects to complete her IFC ACC certification in 2017.
