Compassion, sincerity, enthusiasm, intuition, awareness, and a grateful heart strongly influence both my personal and professional life. I treasure working with people who seek to live a life that is based on their true self. Nothing is more exciting and gratifying than seeing my clients discover their unique, pure essence; watching them come to believe in their own greatness and overcome obstacles that have stood in their way of living an inspired, empowered life is an absolute joy!
Prior to finding my career as a professional life coach, I was a certified personal fitness trainer for 7 years, with 4 of those years also freelancing as an E-commerce consultant. While raising my son as a single parent, I owned a delightful smile-inducing gift shop for over 10 years. Before then, I was engrossed in academic studies and earned my Master’s Degree in Government and Foreign Affairs at the University of Virginia. I had intended to be a political science professor but God had other plans!
Without forethought on my part, my diverse educational, occupational, and life experiences all converged to beautifully and unmistakably lead me to what has proven to be my joyous life purpose. Irrepressible curiosity, a playful spirit, love of learning and mentoring, along with my passion to help others excel and be happy, were all attributes that aligned with life coaching. When I “happened upon” the idea of career life coaching, for the first time in my life I was struck with an electrifying sense that this is what I was meant to do and must do! And, now I do…now that’s what I call design from the Divine!
I live in Richland, Washington near my son and daughter-in-law and am eager to be a grandmother. I love hiking, yoga, paddleboarding, hugging my dogs, and reading inspirational books. I believe that we all have our own unique journey and I continually seek to enhance my spiritual connection.
