With over 30 years of international experience trading crude oil and refined products in Canada, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, Central/South America and the Caribbean, Katherine has a proven track record of successful international trading. Her tenacious negotiating skills mixed with her soft, personable desire to build trusting relationships allowed her to not only consistently generate profitability but to also be respected in her field as a fair, principled and effective negotiator. Katherine’s sensitivity to individual styles, strengths and weaknesses allowed her in her capacity as a regional team lead for a Major International Oil Company to consistently create high performance environments that lead to improved team decision making and ultimate profitability.
