Ildikó Oravecz has been providing training and performance solutions to organizations to support their business and organizational strategy for over 20 years. She is passionate about improving performance and enjoys working with leaders and entrepreneurs to help them maximize their potential. She has worked with leaders in non-profit, government and corporate environments.

She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Performance Technologist through the International Society for Performance Improvement and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from the University of New Mexico.

Areas of expertise include coaching, instructional design, development, and implementation of various types of learning solutions, facilitation, team building, and project management. Ildikó is on the Board of Directors of the ICF New Mexico (NM) chapter, and is a former board member of NM Evaluators and past president of the NM chapter of ISPI.

She is a member of ISPI, ICF, and the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). When not coaching or implementing performance solutions, she can be found volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters or walking her rescue dogs.
