Hank has been working with leaders and their teams in a wide variety of business settings since the early 1990’s. He is known as an innovator in:

Hank has worked with multinational and US based companies, start-up ventures in the U.S., and Middle East, as well as not-for profit-entities.

Hank has been involved in organizations with missions as varied as bringing cellular communications to emerging economies, providing nutritious food to the world’s population and working for social justice in communities and the work place.

In addition to becoming a valued counsel and an innovator Hank believes strongly that to whom much has been given much is expected. He is actively involved on several non-for-profit boards and works tirelessly for assuring access to education for all young people.

To remain a credible innovator in the organizational development space, Hank knows he must have a personal strategy for growth and development. He returned mid-career to earn his Masters in
Organizational Development and Management at Fielding Graduate University.

Hand has continued his commitment to lifelong growth studying Knowledge Based Coaching, becoming a PCC Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He has multiple certifications in leadership assessments including Birkman, MBTI, EQi 2.0, and DiSC.

Hank has lived and worked in countries as varied as Egypt, China,
Romania and India. Hank was a member of the U.S. Naval Air Reserves. He now resides in Denver, Colorado and believes that the 300 days of sun have made him a healthy and centered person.
