Greg Rogers provides personal, transitional, and strategic leadership coaching to assist clients in identifying and solving professional challenges and learning gaps. He has coached individuals and teams including small business owners, hospital administrators, physicians, educators, engineers, and non-profit and ministry leaders. Through powerful questioning and listening, he coaches clients to identify possibilities, make shifts, and take actions that move them toward their desired outcomes. As senior pastor at the same congregation for 33 years, and in church and community leadership for over 40 years, his entrepreneurial mindset led his congregation to acquire an adjacent 112-unit apartment complex as a strategic asset to fulfill the church’s mission.
Through a separate LLC, the church developed an innovative model that now provides affordable housing for low-income individuals and families, a free medical clinic, tutoring, literacy, addictions recovery and ESL programs for community residents, and an outreach to unsheltered homeless persons. Under his leadership, the church has managed growth by constructing new facilities and purchasing property totaling nearly $10 million, which houses these entrepreneurial efforts. As an Exoteric Founding coach, Greg leverages his experience of integrating the financial management of non-profits and faith communities with issues of life, family, and faith balance to guide clients toward their goals and objectives.
