Grechen brings the science to coaching. Her certifications include the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (Competency). She is also licensed to facilitate and distribute numerous experiential assessments including: Predictive Index (PI), PI Team Dynamics, Myers Briggs (MBTI Certified Practitioner). Additionally, she is experienced in administering numerous other assessments including: DISC, Strengthsfinder, 360, and other assessments for genius intelligence, physical intelligence, needs, learning styles, and values.
