“Transformative conversations about what matters most”
As a leader-entrepreneur, you solve a hundred problems a day. Think of me as a resource to help with that one situation where you’re stuck or need a new perspective. Our coaching conversations will help you step back, take stock of your talents and assets, and move forward. I can help you be your highest self and get you from ideas to action.
I am an international management consultant and executive coach, and have been in the field of human resource and organization development since 1989. I have coached patent examiners and lawyers, senior scientists and administrators, leaders (emerging and seasoned) in government, non-profits and corporations. I ask for feedback from my clients, to make sure I am adding value from their perspective. Here’s what a few have said:
• “He meets me where I am. Whether I’m happy, sad, angry, frustrated, ridiculous or joyful. He knows where to push me and where to let me figure things out for myself.”
D.C., Executive Director
• “Stew tells me when he notices patterns in my behavior. Also, he shares management/leadership theory that helps me build frameworks for how I communicate.”
A.P., Regional Leader
• “As a verbal processor, I really derive much of the value just from having the dedicated 50 minutes every other week to slow down and think by talking something through.”
• “Connecting with Stew on a frequent basis helps me focus on the right things. He has a great way of encouraging me based on my strengths, and helping me link my decisions and actions to my leadership talents. He is very intentional about this, and in doing so he has taught me to think this way. His expertise and the use of MBTI helps me understand my preferences for the way I lead, coach, and manage. His coaching is something I look forward to more than any other professional interaction I have currently.”
D.H., Chief Innovation Officer
