Elke is an experienced leadership and cross-cultural coach & trainer. She supports leaders to become increasingly effective, resilient and balanced. She will help you to develop new perspectives, behaviors, and skills that allow you to address the most important issues that you’re facing in leading your career.
Elke’s coaching approach is tailored to her client’s individual needs. In concert with you, she will define the purpose and outcomes of your coaching program, she will hold you accountable and provide you with ongoing support in reaching your goals.

Experience
With 20 years of professional expertise, 12 of which Elke served as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, a leading global accounting and tax firm, Elke developed and led a team of Marketing & Business Development experts. She coached Senior Executives through proposal processes and helped them excel in delivering sales presentations. She was involved in national and international projects and thrived on assisting teams with the dynamics of cultural diversity.
Working with people and developing her team has always been the priority throughout her career. She followed this passion of supporting others in their professional and personal development by becoming a certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West in San Francisco, an ICF accredited coaching school.
When Elke is not working with her clients, she enjoys hiking, running, skiing and practicing yoga. She also loves to travel in- and outside of the US.
Education
Elke holds a Master of Arts in English, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, and Spanish from the University of Mannheim in Germany. She is a New Ventures West Certified Integral Coach and certified in the EQi 2.0 and EQ360 Model, an Emotional Intelligence assessment.
