As founder and CEO of The On Purpose Company, Dr. Suzanne Goebel has made significant contributions to such organizations as State of Florida, State of Georgia, Federal Government (GSA Regions Four and Eight), Aflac, Ryder, Ritz Carlton Hotels, Oracle, Booz Allen Hamilton, Anthem, and others through major coaching and consulting engagements. Her strengths in coaching, leadership development and project management result in effective personal transformation as well as measurable results.

In addition, Suzanne has significant experience in learning and knowledge transfer. As a member of Anthem’s learning and development team, she contributes to several health care projects by providing instructional design and curriculum development services. As a certified senior project manager, currently engaged with the State of Georgia Department of Labor, she oversees the implementation and optimization of the State’s People Soft initiative, including Finance and HR.

Her executive coaching approach combines the ‘art and science’ of coaching in such a way that individuals and their organizations recognize tangible benefits along with consistent personal development. Her background in a variety of venues and her strong understanding of the business enterprise model provides both context and content when coaching executives. As a life-long learner, Suzanne has completed an Executive Doctorate in Business, GA State University, with a research dissertation entitled: Senior Executive Learning Agility Development Based On Self-Discovery: An Action Research Study In Executive Coaching. Academic and Engaged Scholarship research continue to be an essential part of her portfolio, having published several academic articles.
