“ In all my years working, no one has spent this kind of time with me to help me get better and I cant thank you enough.” James, a supervisor with 25+ years experience in a Manufacturing Plant, was speaking about his experience in a development program that included coaching with Dennis White. Dennis had spent time with James and some of his colleagues coaching them on how they could be more effective in their interactions with others. The experience with James and others like him reminded Dennis of two things, first is the power of the coaching partnership to change lives (client and coach) and second, the traditional way of delivering coaching fails to reach many people who could greatly benefit from coaching. The Exoteric Platform works for Dennis because of the potential to simplify the coaching process and to make this help available to more people. You are in control. You select the coach you want, quickly connect, get what you need and end the process when you are ready.
Your interpersonal skills are critical to your success. Your ability to connect with people through generous listening and communicating clearly to influence others will make the difference in achieving your personal and business goals.

Albert Einstein said, “I must be willing to give up what I am in order to become what I will be.” In the coaching process, we do indeed look for the things that you may choose to “give up” in order to achieve your goals but equally importantly we explore the strengths that define who you are. Dennis will partner with you to build on your strengths including your capacity to make the decisions that entrepreneurs make everyday.
Dennis holds degrees from Georgia Tech, Woodrow Wilson College of Law and Fielding Graduate University. Schedule an appointment with Dennis to discuss how he can help you achieve your goals.
