David draws upon a rich & extensive history in the For Profit/Not for Profit world facilitating transformational change to enlarge his client’s sphere of “what’s possible” and embolden results oriented action. David’s passion is partnering with individuals in a “synergistic” coaching relationship, each with distinctive roles, to bring about unimaginable change. David strongly believes the most powerful motivator of self-actualization is conquering one’s self-defeating limitations. This can best be achieved by experientially glimpsing what was once previously believed as “impossible”! To ignite and nurture this resilience in his clients, David utilizes a vast array of evidenced-based coaching theories & techniques mastered through accredited coach training venues & honed in his practice. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) sanctioned by the International Coach Federation (ICF), David underpins the coach/client relationship with the ICF’s Core Competencies & Ethical Guidelines, assuring his practice meets the highest global coaching standards.

Additionally, David specializes in small team coaching, ideally working with a leader and his/her intact team over a period of 3-6 months on a project based fee basis. Using a high performance team model as a road map supplemented with tested intervention tools, goals are identified/tracked; roles delineated & clarified; trust and communications issues identified, monitored & resolved; thus, positioning the team to gather momentum & build confidence towards achieving superior results! His team coaching themes include among others: new leader, strategic planning, conflict resolution, enhancing communication, etc.

Enveloping his practice, David embraces the motto, “Being a coach is for you, honing your “self as instrument” is for your clients.” Simply stated, he believes life long personal development is critical to sharpening his coaching skills & effectiveness so as to be at his “best” for clients who entrust themselves to him in the coaching relationship. He is currently pursuing the Master Coach Certification (MCC) designation through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
