Crystal Nett, ATC, CPA, CA, ICD.D is an Exoteric Founding Coach, award-winning employee and entrepreneur who has coached numerous clients to discover their most fulfilling and successful pathways. Crystal uses her extensive business and coaching experience to help her clients determine what may be blocking their own brilliance. She firmly believes that with the right mindset and hard work, anything is possible.
In addition to facilitating her clients to achieve their goals, she first helps them get clear about their deepest desires and outcomes.
Crystal has worked extensively with executives, managers, front-line employees, teams and entrepreneurs, coaching in leadership, management, career, business and entrepreneurship, having experienced all of them herself. She learned the ropes of running a business at an early age, has held virtually every possible role in business, and has achieved the highest positions in a variety of organizations including AVP Strategy, Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Board Chair.
Through decades of working with many different clients and serving on multiple boards of directors, Crystal has honed her coaching, business, entrepreneurship and governance skills.
From the very beginning of her education and career, Crystal recognized the importance of receiving high-quality education and training combined with professional standards and ethics in order to provide top-tier service to her clients. Crystal Nett has her Bachelor of Commerce Degree, is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada (ICD.D), and an Adler International Learning Professional Coach, currently finishing her hours to achieve her ICF professional coaching designation.
Crystal divides her time between her homes in Saskatchewan, Canada and Arizona, United States of America.
