Cheryl’s experience includes twenty years of corporate experience with AT&T in direct marketing services, operations management, organizational development and corporate training. She also has a passion for and commitment to raising the standard of service excellence in non-profit organizations and her background includes years of strategic planning and leadership coaching for nonprofit agencies.
She currently serves as the Director of Operations for the NET Institute Center for Addiction and Recovery Education and the Int’l Assoc. of Professional Recovery Coaches. She is a Certified Manager (CM) and the former Chairman of the Board of Regents of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), Director of Training and Development for Florida’s Blood Centers, and Human Resource Manager for the Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) in Orlando, Florida. Cheryl is a Senior Professional of Human Resource Management (SPHR) and is recognized as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management
