Charity has been a life and leadership coach for ten years. Charity Roberson is a trained life and leadership coach and a certified organizational consultant. Charity is a mentor, speaker, trainer, published author, teacher, and professor. She completed training at the Coaches Training Institute, one of the first and most respected worldwide training programs. She is also a trained organizational coach. Charity is certified in Workplace Big Five, a personality assessment created by the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies that is a human resourcing tool that aids in hiring the right people and guides employees to understand their strengths and weaknesses in the workplace creating the opportunity to thrive.
Charity graduated with a Bachelors of Science in middle grades education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has a Masters of Divinity from Campbell University Divinity School. There she also achieved a doctorate in leadership develop with an emphasis on coaching and issues around gender and leadership.
