A successful educator, coach, and leader for 20 years, Amy possesses a wealth of real-world experience and a passion for growing healthy leaders and high-performing organizations. Senior executive roles, together with several prominent board positions, have provided a solid commercial foundation for Amy’s international leadership coaching practice, which spans several continents.

More recently, Amy founded her own business and therefore understands the unique challenges entrepreneurs face. She bolstered her wealth of experience with a Masters in Global Leadership, developing specialized expertise in navigating the challenges presented by leading across cultures (diversity, global mobility, etc.). She is a dual national of the US and UK, and fluent in Spanish.

Client, Organization, and Industry Experience
Amy’s coaching and consulting experience spans multiple industries, including FMCG, legal, manufacturing, pharma, professional services, technology and non-profit. She has worked with entrepreneurs and with executives from global corporations including PepsiCo, Colgate-Palmolive, Bausch & Lomb, Diageo, and Sumitomo.

She also has training in various personality assessments and brings these into her practice as needed. She is frequently called upon to help leaders build confidence, set goals, and navigate new challenges.

Leadership Experience
Amy has held senior executive roles in HR and Communications, creating and implementing strategic people and change initiatives. As a non-exec director for an international non-profit, she co-led a global restructuring program to devolve authority to regional indigenous leaders in more than a dozen countries, and currently serves as Chair of the board for the Valley Against Sex Trafficking (VAST).
