After more than 20-years of leading and developing military teams and leaders, Alan formalized his coaching experience through Coach Approach Ministries, an ICF accredited school, and went on to complete a separate certification in High Performance Patterns (HPP). Have you ever followed someone’s advice for success and did not achieve the same result? You were working under their HPP, not yours. Everyone has a unique pattern for success and helping people unlock their pattern is what Alan loves to do.
Today, Alan uses his coach approach and HPP certification with the Department of Defense to promote culture change and organizational leadership around sensitive issues. He’s honored to be part of an internal organizational coaching network within the special operations community, dedicated to serving military members and their families.
