Simply said, I help entrepreneurs and professionals go further faster. I’ve worked in more than a dozen startups and have successfully ran 3 of my own businesses. Having acquired my Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and worked for 4 multinational companies, I have eyes for what a LEAN startup looks like. I’m also connected with a number of small international startups and have spent time in overseas visiting American expatriate entrepreneurs working on current and prospective businesses.
I won’t take credit for the success of my past clients. I believe my clients are capable of meeting their goals on their own, but I’m here to enhance and quicken their journey. I trust in the coaching process I was trained in through Creative Results Management’s Mastery Program and have been coaching for more than 2 years. I have acquired all the training necessary to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My conviction to become a coach started in college when I was involved in Engineers Without Boarders. I saw countless failures regarding the importation of well-intentioned and thought out projects into foreign countries by Western engineers. I started to become convinced that coaching was a powerful tool when I realized how effective some micro finance companies were at fostering economic growth in poverty stricken communities; they kept the entrepreneur in the driver’s seat and empowered them to move forward with their own ideas.
So what are you waiting for? Get a coach and get moving. Whether it’s me or another coach in this network, I’m positive it will be worth your investment. After all, 96% of the coaching recipients surveyed by the ICF said they would repeat the process of hiring a coach.
